A delivery price should be an offer, not a demand.
Here is the whole mechanism, start to finish, including what happens when it doesn't go smoothly.
Describe the job honestly
Pickup, drop-off, size, and whether it's fragile. Choose the vehicle: bike for documents and small parcels, keke or car for bulk, van for a move. The size you pick sets what riders can accept — a bike rider won't waste your time bidding on a wardrobe.
Be accurate about weight. If the parcel is heavier than described, the rider can decline at pickup and you'll have to repost — that's the one thing that reliably wastes everyone's afternoon.

We show the band riders actually accepted on that route in the last seven days. Land inside it and bids usually arrive within two minutes. Go far under and the job simply sits — riders can see the distance as clearly as you can.

Read the bids, not just the numbers
Each bid carries the rider's rating, completed trips, vehicle and honest ETA. The cheapest bid is not always the one to take — a rider 4 km away at ₦2,350 often beats one 11 km away at ₦2,100.
- Accepting locks the price. It cannot move en route, for any reason.
- Every other bidder is told immediately, so nobody waits on you.
- Cancel before pickup and you pay nothing. After pickup, the rider is owed the trip.

Deliveries fail sometimes. What matters is that you're told plainly and know the next step.
Nobody bids
The job expires after ten minutes and you're told why — usually the offer or the hour. Raise it and repost in one tap. You've been charged nothing.
The rider cancels
Your job goes straight back out to riders nearby at the price you'd agreed, and we tell you the moment a replacement bids. Repeated cancellers lose their place on the network.
Payment fails at handover
The parcel is still delivered. The balance sits on your account and you can settle it by card or transfer within 24 hours — the rider is paid by us either way, that same day.
